Three Sisters was the third show of the 2023 fall semester at Baylor University. It was directed by Lucas Skjaret. I was tasked with overseeing 14 actors, 2 swings, 2 production assistants, 6 scenic crew members and 1 assistant stage manager. This show had large scenic changes, on stage food and drinks, quick changes, wig changes and intimacy choreography. The diverse number of moving parts built my facilitation and communication skills from rehearsal to tech to performances. The calling for the show was also multilayered. There were lighting, sound, projection, scenic pieces, and actor cues that were called through the deration of the show. Three Sisters was a beautifully produced show that challenged me.
