I was the Technical Director for Baylor Theatre's 2024 production of Men on Boats. I was tasked with overseeing 20 carpenters and 2 scenic charges. This show had multi use wheeled crate units, beveled platforms, custom moat platforms and 6 wall units.  Aligning with my personal principles as a sustainable theatre creator offered some unique challenges with the large scale walls and crates. This was my first time working with a guest designer. A developed a solid line of communication with the out of state designer and director to help bring the show to fruition.
